Processing Time All products at Exquisite History are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times
- United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 5–12 business days after dispatch
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Carriers We ship via Standard, FedEx, DHL Express, and DHL eCommerce depending on your location and the product ordered.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at exquisitegeography@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will make it right.
